The Company
Dream or Two Ltd has been established as a sailing school for 15 years. We
offer courses, sailing holidays and cruises in the Solent and beyond, all year
round.
Our aim is to provide opportunities for individuals to enjoy their sailing experiences, whatever their level of ability (from beginner to yachtmaster).
We pride ourselves on our flexible and highly
personalised service and our
clients seem to agree, with
over 80% returning to sail with us again!
As an RYA (Royal Yachting Association) accredited Training
Centre we
operate to the highest safety standards. All courses and cruises
are led by
qualified
instructors and our boats are correctly coded for commercial use.

Having worked through the RYA training program from Competent Crew to

Koru
A Dream
or Two yacht. She is a Beneteau First 36.7 cruiser/racer. She is
classy, spacious and totally gorgeous to sail,
whether carrying a group of beginners or racing during Cowes Week!
She was built in 2002 and was originally
privately owned, so her condition is A1. Koru is fully coded
to enable us to use her for teaching and she sleeps 6; having
3 cabins plus saloon.
For teaching we use a furling genoa and
flaking mainsail (Sanders sails) and for racing we additionally
have a spinnaker and carbon fibre genoa's.
Our yacht takes her name from our logo, the
Koru - a Maori design.
The Koru is often used
in Maori art as a symbol of the beginning of life (creation).
It is based on the unfurling of a new leaf of the Silver Fern
and is seen to represent new beginnings, growth, strength,
peace and harmony and positive change.
